About the training
This immersive three-day (two half days, one full day) training introduces Havening Techniques- a neuroscience-based psycho-sensory modality designed to support:
Training is experimental, relational and grounded in safety- supporting both personal and professional development. A pre-training package will be sent to you, including around 11/2 hours video viewing.
Ideal for: counsellors, social workers, coaches, health professionals, personal development trainers, social agencies and health organisations.
Certification is a 2 Step Process
Step 1 - Full attendance at the in-person training workshop.
What You’ll Learn
You can choose to just do the workshop but will not be certificated as a Havening Techniques Practitioner until you do step 2. You can choose to enrol in step 2 before or after the workshop completion.
Step 2 - Mentoring & Certification
The post-training certification process includes being supported in your student practice through:

About Clare
Clare brings warmth, humour and real-life experience to her trainings. She is an experienced and down-to-earth Havening Techniques® Trainer with a rich background in health (nurse/midwife), counselling (MCouns) and mental wellbeing.
Feedback from attendees states she creates a learning environment that is practical, compassionate and deeply supportive, where people feel safe, encouraged and well equipped to confidently integrate Havening Techniques into their personal and professional practice.
Clare has worked extensively with health professionals, community organisations and private clients across Aotearoa/New Zealand and Australia, including work within perinatal mental health, self-care education and trauma-informed support.
Based in Kirikiriroa/Hamilton, she can provide in person training or via zoom.
