Havening: A New Approach to Understanding Childhood Trauma & ACEs.

This one day program invites you to grow your curiosity not only in the way we understand childhood trauma and aces, but also in the way we treat those with the lived experiences of any age. The day will use a variety of scenarios and share simply a new paradigm of neuroscience to prompt different and further ways of thinking. Based on these you will be shown trauma informed ways as to what you can professionally or personally do to prevent further trauma where possible, as well as learning a way in which you can buffer yourself against everyday stressors. The benefits of Havening will be shared, a mind/body modality that can heal trauma, stress and change life trajectories at any age.

Objective of the program:

To add more value and further develop the understanding around the long term impact of childhood trauma & adversity, whilst creating different opportunities that offer compassion, hope and healing.
