Improve response to stress over time: Neuroscience informed tools including Havening Techniques, breathing techniques and Brain Training.
Take Action to Let-Go/reduce excessive fear based emotions: reduce negative rumination and empower positive emotions to tap into authentic resilience.

About your Trainer
Jan Carpenter is an Adult Social Worker of 25 years to team manager level. Jan has developed and delivered training as part of his roles outside Social Work as well inside Social Work, various Social Work Recruitment agencies and Social Work Conferences, the LGA funded national Return to Social Work program, BASW, Skills for Care and Brunel University among others.
