About your Trainer
Jan Carpenter is an Adult Social Worker of 25 years to team manager level. Jan has developed and delivered training as part of his roles outside Social Work as well inside Social Work, various Social Work Recruitment agencies and Social Work Conferences, the LGA funded national Return to Social Work program, British Association for Social Workers, Skills for Care and Brunel University among others. Jan is certified Havening Techniques Practitioner and Trainer as well as co-author of book Winning Mindset: Elite Strategies for Peak Performance (a 5 star/best selling book on Amazon).
