WHY HILARY?
Hilary is a Certified Havening Trainer and one of the first 150 Havening Practitioners to be certified in the United States. She studied directly and in person with the co-developing doctors Ronald and Steve Ruden, who have called her a pioneer in the field of well-being. Trauma-informed, Hilary is also a preferred referral partner with the nationally recognized Amen Clinics. In addition to her holistic health background in trauma-informed care, Hilary's extensive career as an award-winning university professor, health journalist, and international speaker creates an engaging, safe, and enjoyable space for learning and growth.

I have never done Havening before. I was interested in adding something else to my toolkit. This has been a tough journey, and finding another way to self-soothe or regulate my nervous system really interested me. Hilary and the group felt like a safe place to be.
