Tony Burgess - Time travel and Havening~Many Haveners are familiar with 'inner child' work and 'timeline' work and similar methods. During this session, Tony will discuss how he regularly combines Havening with timeline work, both to help comprehensively heal the past, build in resilience and to prime the mind for a positive future. This session will include a demonstration from Tony.

Judith Simon Prager PhD – Verbal First Aid ™ and Havening: The healing touch of words: Judith Simon Prager, PhD, co-author of The Worst is Over: What To Say When Every Moment Counts, is a highly-regarded international speaker and trainer in the use of words for healing, comfort, and the prevention of trauma in times of crisis. She has been a consultant for major medical centers in the United States and her book was deemed “The ‘bible’ for crisis communication” by The International Journal of Emergency Mental Health.

Gina will focus on the application of 3D Virtual Worlds to Havening Techniques and their ability to augment and enhance your personal and professional learning journey.  With over 10 years’ experience, she has supported a wide range of clients designing virtual learning environments for education, mental health, employability and enterprise skills development. She now warmly and 'safely' invites you to 'access the zone' and explore a whole new virtual world of possibilities.

Dr. Elizabeth White - Using the Havening Techniques® for Phantom Limb Pain Dr Elizabeth White is a Certified Havening Techniques Trainer  and Practitioner with a Ph.D. in Psychology.  She specializes in working with difficult subjects such as sexual abuse and Post Traumatic Stress issues.  She has a passion for using Havening in interesting and difficult environments to great effect.  It was this passion that led her to work with an amputee charity which in turn steered her to explore Phantom Limb Pain and experiment using Havening and mirrors amongst other things, with some transformational results.

Irene Hajisava & Eugenia Elaine Karahalias-Utilizing Modified HT with a Do No Harm Approach in the midst of Refugee Crises: A refugee crisis brings special challenges for certified Havening Practitioners. Using or teaching modified HT with multiple vulnerable populations of refugees, local residents and international NGO staff and volunteers requires special care, planning, flexibility, presence and awareness 

Donna Ryen – Havening and use of the self-help App Focus Band to create change

Louise Carmi & Kirsty Hodgson - Clinical Research Trials & Dissemination of Learning Presenting the findings from a collaborative Clinical Research Trial undertaken by Norwich Medical School, the University of Wales, the London Practise Group, Dr Ronald Ruden, and practitioner researchers across the UK; Louise and Kirsty will discuss the outcomes from the completed research examining the efficacy of Havening Techniques on trauma resolution, Type D personality, psychometric resilience testing, qualitative thematic analysis, and physiological effects (on blood pressure, heart rate and salivary cortisol). In addition to disseminating the ground-breaking findings, this presentation will explore clinical applications of learning, future directions and opportunities.

Doug O'Brien- Neo-Ericksonian Hypnosis and Humor in Havening~Dr. Milton Erickson's adroit use of story, metaphor, and hypnosis in psychotherapy, along with his subtle use of language and indirect suggestions, not only revolutionized the field of hypnosis, it had profound influence on the creation of a number of approaches to psychotherapy including brief therapy, strategic family therapy, family systems therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and neuro-linguistic programming. Since his death in 1980 the field of Ericksonian Hypnosis has continued to evolve and seamlessly integrates with the Havening Techniques in ways that enhance both.
