This Live Online Training in the Havening Techniques takes place over the course of 2 weekends - April 25th & 26th and May 2nd & 3rd. Each 4 hour workshop includes Live Didactics, focused breakout groups, and experientials. 

Training begins at 8:00am and wraps at 12:30pm each day, times are in Pacific Time ZoneThis special Online training includes an advanced training portion focused on utilizing Havening via telehealth. During these unique times of Social Distancing, Self-Quarantining, and "Shelter in Place" - patients need our help and support more than ever. Let's explore the nuances of doing safe trauma reprocessing in the home environment, learn opportunities for empowered nervous system regulation on the go, while developing your own self-healing program. These are extraordinary times. Luckily we have extraordinary techniques - the Havening Techniques! 

The Havening Techniques®, utilizing current neuroscience, can help with many issues, including distressing memories, trauma, fear and pain. Havening, a psycho-sensory technique, uses the sensory input of touch, imagination, and attention to create lasting change.

- Learn the fundamentals of Havening Techniques

- Explore newest insights into the neuroscience of trauma

- Identify key areas for fast and effective intervention utilizing the Havening Techniques  

- Learn how to build resiliency for your client's brain health

This training is designed specifically for mental health professionals who are licensed to practice in their state or province. Qualifying mental health practitioners include those who hold a Masters or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Marriage Family Therapy, Psychology, Psychotherapy, Psychiatry, Social Work, as well psychiatric nurses. This training is also open to interns/residents/post-doctoral and students with permission of their supervisor.

This two day weekend is the first part to becoming certified, the rest of the work will be done at home.
